Ontario, CA, August 9, 2012 -- CU Direct Corporation, (www.cudirect.com), leading provider of lending solutions to credit unions through its CUDL, Lending Insights, Lending 360, CUDL Retail and Vero brands, today announced the addition of a new associate director and director to its board of directors.

Nader Moghaddam, president & CEO of Financial Partners Credit Union, who has served as an Associate Director, since October 2011, has been appointed as a director on the board, to fill the seat vacated by Larry Wilson, retired president & CEO of Coastal Federal Credit Union.

The CUSO also confirmed that Chuck Purvis, new president & CEO of Coastal Federal Credit Union, has been appointed as an associate director on the board.

During the company’s shareholder’s meeting this past May, the board, along with chairman Joe Brancucci, GTE Federal’s president & CEO, recognized Wilson for his 8 years of service and contributions while serving on CU Direct’s board of directors.

Long-standing board members Henry Wirz, president & CEO of SAFE Credit Union, and Marge McNaught, senior vice president, lending, Premier America Credit Union, stepped down from the CUSO’s board of directors in January of 2012 and December of 2011 respectively.

Wirz and McNaught were also recognized during the shareholders meeting in May for their long and distinguished service to CU Direct. Wirz served on CU Direct’s Board for twelve years, including two years as the board’s chairman, from 2005-2007. McNaught served on CU Direct’s board from 2003-2011, including two years as chairman, from 2009-2011.
